These terms cover booking and attending appointments at Hardiman Performance, a trading name of Hardiman Performance Ltd, and your use of this website. By booking an appointment or using the site, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.
Booking an appointment
You can book online, by phone on 01582 318980, or by email at admin@hardimanperformance.com. When you book, please give accurate contact and health information so we can care for you safely. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.
Cancellations and changes
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged. We will always try to be reasonable where there are genuine circumstances.
Fees and payment
Current fees are shown on our fees page. Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless it is settled directly through your insurer. Where you are using private medical insurance, it is your responsibility to confirm your cover and any excess before your appointment.
Your care
Our practitioners are registered with the General Osteopathic Council and work within their professional standards. We will explain your assessment and proposed treatment, and we will not proceed without your consent. You can ask questions or stop at any point. Outcomes vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee a specific result. If a problem is outside our scope, we will tell you and, where appropriate, refer you on.
Your responsibilities
Please tell us about relevant medical history, medication, and any change in your health, as this affects how we treat you safely. Please arrive on time, as late arrival may shorten your appointment.
