In pain right now?

You do not have to keep living with it.

Most of the pain we see, the stiff backs, the trapped nerves, the niggles that never quite go, gets better with the right hands and the right plan. The hardest part is usually just booking the first appointment.

01

We listen first

Every appointment starts with your story. What happened, what makes it worse, what you are missing out on. The diagnosis follows from there.

02

We find the cause

Pain is a symptom. We examine how you actually move to find what is driving it, then explain it in plain language you can understand.

03

We give you a plan

Hands-on treatment to settle things down, and a clear plan to keep it away. No packages you do not need, no stringing you along.

Patient stories

I went to see Dale after becoming frustrated with lower back pain. After 1 session and following the advice given, I felt significantly better. My back now feels the best it has in years.

The questions everyone asks

Still unsure about something? Call us on 01582 318980 and we will give you a straight answer.

An initial assessment is 45 minutes and costs £75. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes at £60. Extended follow-ups (60 minutes) are £85. We accept all major insurance providers including Vitality, AXA, Aviva, WPA, Cigna and Simplyhealth.

No. You can book directly with us. Osteopaths are primary healthcare practitioners registered with the General Osteopathic Council, so no referral is needed.

It depends on your condition and how long you have had it. We will give you an honest, personal estimate after your first assessment, and we do not string people along with appointments they do not need.

Osteopathy is generally gentle. Some techniques can feel firm, but we always explain what we are doing, ask for your consent, and adjust to keep you comfortable. Tell us at any point and we will change our approach.

Comfortable clothing that lets us assess and treat the affected area. Shorts and a t-shirt work well. We have changing facilities and you will always have privacy.

Yes. From weekend runners to professional athletes, we treat all levels. Our team has backgrounds in sports medicine, exercise rehabilitation and competitive sport.

Both treat musculoskeletal conditions. Osteopaths tend to use more hands-on manual therapy and take a whole-body approach, looking at how different areas interact. We also prescribe exercise rehabilitation. The best choice depends on your condition and what you prefer.
