About Dale
Dale founded Hardiman Performance to build the kind of clinic he wished existed when he was an athlete: honest, hands-on, and focused on getting people back to what they love.
Before osteopathy he served as a Royal Marines Commando and competed as a professional athlete, so he understands injury from the inside out, both the physical setback and the frustration of being stopped.
He leads the practice today and sets the standard the team works to. Day-to-day treatment is now in the hands of our practising clinicians.
A Royal Marine and former pro athlete who has been on the wrong end of enough injuries to know what it takes to come back from them.
