I thoroughly recommend Hardiman Performance! I saw Jake about back and hip pain I'd been suffering from and he has absolutely resolved my problems. Jake is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He used manual therapy and gave me an exercise programme to target my problem areas and adapted them as and when it was needed. Now I'm actually pain free and have information to hand about how to continue strengthening the problem areas.
