About the clinic

A clinic built on getting people back to what they love

Hardiman Performance started with a simple frustration: too many people in pain were being managed, not helped. We set out to do it properly.

The clinic was founded by Dale Hardiman, a former Royal Marines Commando and professional athlete who became an osteopath after living through injury from both sides. He knew what it felt like to be stopped, and how much it mattered to have someone who could actually get you moving again.

That standard still runs through everything we do. Our team of registered osteopaths and therapists treats everyone from people who can barely get out of bed to athletes chasing the next season. The approach is the same for all of them: listen, find the cause, and build a clear plan around your goals.

We are a primary-care practice, which means you can come straight to us with no GP referral. We are recognised by the major insurers, and self-pay is always welcome.

Find the cause

Anyone can chase a symptom. We examine how you actually move to find what is driving the pain, then treat that.

Be honest

We give you a realistic plan and a straight answer on whether we can help. No packages you do not need.

Earn the trust

Most of our patients come from word of mouth. We treat every person the way we would want our own family treated.
