His Story
At 16 years of age he joined and spent 5 years serving in the Royal Marines. During this period of time he developed his passion for life, health and wellness. Post service and whilst studying to become an Osteopath Dale competed internationally and professionally in MMA where he became British Champion

Pushing his body on a daily basis led him to experience many injuries which left him in intense pain and frustrated at not being able to use his body to the full. When he was offered surgery for a traumatic shoulder injury but being keen to avoid such a drastic intervention, Dale wanted to find an alternative which led his to this fascinating career.
His specialist area is in the treatment of back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain. He has also carried out research into the treatment of athletic groin pain/hip pain and due to his past is extremely passionate about treating helping athletes reduce and recover from injury.
Dale’s ethos is to provide honest, evidence based advice to rehabilitate to his clients in a timely and efficient manner.
